One of the most common pronouncements by the atheists is that “Christianity is a myth.”
Are they right? Is Christianity a myth? Are the gospels myths?
In a sense the gospels function like a myth. However, most of the atheists making this comment do not seem to have a very knowledgeable understanding of myth and how it works. THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATION STUDENTS WILL BE TELLING THE STORY OF JESUS’ BIRTH
Everyone is invited to come for a night filled with food and worship as you listen to our students tell the story. The Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (The Blue Nuns) will also be entertaining us with songs from their Native Land.
Beverages will be provided, but everyone is asked to bring a dish to pass. This is a potluck meal, so please bring enough to share.
Also, the students are doing a food drive for the local FACC food pantry. Please consider bringing a boxed or canned food to this drive.

EWTN Wins Lawsuit Over HHS Contraception Mandate
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit issued an order Thursday vacating a 2014 district-court decision against the Eternal Word Television Network in its lawsuit against the so-called contraceptive mandate issued by the Department of Health and Human Services. The order follows a settlement between the network and the Department of Justice reached Oct. 5.
Under the terms of the settlement, EWTN will not be required to provide contraception, sterilization or abortifacients through its employee health-care plan.

When we get to the end of our life, we will bow down to one or the other; Satan or Jesus. Satan offers us to do whatever we want, whereas Jesus gave us a way to follow, namely the Ten Commandments and the cross in this life. At the end of our life comes our final judgement. If we do what we want, we will be serving Satan and suffer eternity from him. If we follow Jesus, He will offer infinite love, joy and peace.
