The Vocation Office of the Diocese of Rockford is sponsoring summer camps and retreats at Bishop Lane Retreat Center. St Therese Camp and Retreat for young women in grade 7 thru college, June 24-27 with Sisters from different communities joining us; Jeremiah Days for boys in grades 7 thru 9, July 8-11; and First Call Retreat for young adult males entering grade 10 thru college, July 15-18. Our seminarians studying for our diocese will facilitate, along with Fr. Keith Romke. The cost is only $90.00. There is a Light of the World retreat next weekend, March 13 through 16th. The retreat starts in the evening of the 13th. It goes through all day Saturday from 8:30am to about 8pm, then from 8:30am till about 8pm on Sunday and Monday in the evening only.
This retreat is given by the efforts of other parishioners, just like you. There will be talks, stories, a little humour and time for adoration and confession and good conversation. Having that relationship with God takes an effort. Take this time out for God. You will never regret it!

There will be a God Is day of renewal on Saturday, November 1 from 7:30am and closing with the 4pm Mass in St Mary Church in Freeport, IL. The event will be held at the Holy Family Community Center. It will be available in English and Spanish.
There will be adoration time, discussion sessions, talks, skits, Mass, Confessions and good fellowship in this retreat. It will renew your relationship with Jesus in a fun way and help you find a new appreciation of the Sacraments. Come with us and discover our faith in a new way!
