There are plans to amend our Illinois Constitution to make abortion a Constitutional right by securing voter approval on the 2024 general election ballot. Pro-life residents are working to combat the Constitutional change and to counter it with a referendum of our own, calling for key abortion limitations- which the majority of Illinoisans support.
