Being a part of the Body of Christ does not require just doing the same things. The unity of the Church requires us to be of the same mind and heart of the Church. Then when we do the same actions, it is integrated; not just with each other, but also integrated with the Holy Spirit guiding our Church. To willfully reject the teachings of the Church is to willfully not be in union with the Church and to hinder Holy Mother Church and the Holy Spirit from doing their work God calls us to do.
